Syllabus & Medical Standards

Core Syllabus

  • Mathematics: Number System, Percentage, Profit & Loss, SI & CI, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Ratio, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Data Interpretation.
  • Reasoning: Coding-Decoding, Analogy, Syllogism, Blood Relations, Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Clock & Calendar.
  • General Awareness: Indian History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Constitution, Indian Railways, Science, Current Affairs, Static GK.

Medical Standards & Gross Salary

  • Station Master: Medical Standard A-2.
  • Goods Train Manager: Medical Standard A-2 / B-2.
  • Commercial / Clerical: Medical Standard C-1 / C-2.
  • Gross Salary: Approx. ₹35,000 – ₹60,000/month depending on post, location, and allowances.
